Eastern European Closed end funds offer nice discount.

After several days of higher volatility some of Central & Eastern European Closed End Funds (traded at NYSE) are offering nice discount/premium against NAV (net asset value). I just made analyse for four of them. Someone can say it is not the end of selling but technical traders see double pattern with bullish divergence.
